I'm staying in a rented flat which is in 2nd floor of a 4 storied building in Gurgaon.
Nowadays I'm staying alone, as my wife went to her place.
Hey! Don't think I'm scared or doing something wrong in absence of my wife.
Listen the story……..
It was Friday and I was in a happy mood.
After returning back from office around 8.30 in the evening, switched on the light of the staircase to open the Entrance Door.
Oh No! what was that! I got scared while entering the room.
Oh! There was a small Moyna (Salik) bird.
It got scared of me too, so it started flying all over the staircase and I heard flapping sound of its wings.
Actually I saw it earlier in the morning when I was going to Office.
Somehow it entered in our staircase and got stuck, could not find the way out.
I tried to find a way out for Moyna.
The bird was even more scared with all my activities.
So I thought let it be like that, it will find its way out on its own and I left for Office.
The little bird really looked very exhausted and hungry in the evening. I felt the pain of the poor bird.
I called up my Mom to know what food can I give Moyna. As per her suggestion, I gave it some daal, murmura and some water. Then I left the place.
But I was curious to see its activity. So was looking through the window after a span of time.
Saturday morning I woke up early at 5 a.m. and opened the door and thought it might have gone by now.
To my utter surprise, the bird was still there- sitting outside the grill of my exhaust fan at kitchen.
So I whistled, it can go out through my Balcony.
You can't believe! The bird followed my note and came to my room and flew all around for some time and then flew through the Balcony.
Now this was really strange. It entered to my room again, flew over the Mother Teresa picture and then flew away.
Though it was too hot outside, I kept my balcony door open thinking it might come again.
Though I was enjoying its company, but i was more happy when Moyna was free from this preseason.
It made my day. I took some nice snaps, a nice memory and a good content for my Blog.
